About Us

CRCC was founded in May, 2001, when a group of dedicated people took a stand for biblical leadership. Originally founded as Christian  Fellowship and Ministries, Inc., we met in the Johnny Appleseed Room at the Memorial Coliseum and later at Carroll High School.   Our next step, as we grew and found a transitional meeting place at Shiloh, was to rename our church Carroll Road Christian Fellowship. 

As time went on and we realized our purpose and calling to this community, God enabled us to build our present facility, once again, changing our name to Carroll Road Christian Church.  In constructing this facility we not only built a church but also relationships and unity as a body.  We worked together every evening putting up and mudding drywall, adding  insulation, painting and sweeping!  We have many happy memories in our building.   Throughout the various name and location changes we have stayed true to our biblical teachings.    

A new door opened at CRCC, with the coming of Pastor Larry and Shari Goodwin in February of 2007.  This change in leadership has brought many new strategies and ideas both in ministry and structure.  We are so thankful for Pastor Larry’s leadership, positive attitude, biblical teaching, powerful preaching, and loving personality.  We know God has a plan and purpose for CRCC.  With Pastor Larry leading, we are excited about the coming days shaped by a new vision.
